Comune di Sant'Antonio di Gallura

Sant’Antonio di Gallura is situated on the slopes of Mount Naracu, a well-planned village with low, light-coloured houses. The village, whose farming and pastoral origins are clearly evident, is well worth visiting if only to seek out the traditional sweets – for example "coccojella", a sweet bread enriched with pork fat, "casciatine", made with ricotta cheese and fine pastry or "acciuleddi", plaits of flaky pastry sweetened with local honey.
