Meridiana is the second national airline with a fully private capital menagement. In 2006, it transported 4,6 passengers and operates on a network of 24 destinations: eleven of them are international, such as Amsterdam, Barcelona, Bucharest, Budapest, Chisinau, London, Madrid, Malta, Paris, Prague and Pristina; thirteen are domestic, such as Bologna, Cagliari, Catania, Florence, Lamezia, Milan, Naples, Olbia, Palermo, Pantelleria, Rome, Turin e Verona.
