Car #9 / A. Mikkelsen / A. Jaeger-Synnevaag (Citroen C3 WRC): “Last year I went so and so here because I did not want to have any problem. We are not trying to go flat out in this power stage. We want to see if the changes we did yesterday are going in the right direction”

Car #14 M. Ostberg / O. Floene (Ford Fiesta Rs WRC): “[5 hard on thinking about the heat today] It is going to get hot in the afternoon, so it can actually be good this afternoon. It is difficult now, but it is quite the better choice for the afternoon.”

Car #1 S. Ogier / J. Ingrassia (Ford Fiesta WRC): “[Power stage points?] For sure there is not so much else to hope for today, but I think that Dani was pushing hard already on this loop. Stage conditions are very very loose here like last year. ”

Car #11 / J. Hanninen / K. Lindstrom (Toyota Yaris WRC): “It is looking like we are beginning to have the same power steering problem of yesterday. We need to go and have a look. ”

Car #12 E. Lappi / J. Ferm (Toyota Yaris WRC): “Cut at the hairpin was part of the plan. I was struggling here last year over there. To be honest the car is really easy to handle when the setup is OK. Everything is better and easier, the steering reaction is quicker. This gives me a lot of confidence. Not five put 20 euros on my win on the power stage”

Car #5 / T. Neuville / N. Gilsoul (Hyundai i20 Coupé WRC):
“[carrying 2 spares] The extra weight made me struggle a bit in here, but I have two new tyres for the last stage hoepfulyl they will help to get some powerstage points. The road now is starting to get big ruts so I have to raise the height of the car”

Car #10 / J.M. Latvala / M. Anttila (Toyota Yaris WRC): “I stalled the engine. Then I pushed the stop button instead of the start button. It cost me about five seconds, that is the way it is, at least I tried now we can cool down”

Car #2 / O. Tanak / M.Jarveoia (Ford Fiesta WRC): “I have no visibility in the car, mega dust and sand in the car. I cannot see anything. We have been busy to try to find the hole I will try and fix it now”. [In the previous stage he went into a bush and lost some seconds]

Car #4 / H. Paddon / S. Marshall (Hyundai i20 Coupé WRC): “A nice Sunday drive. Nothing we can do now after what happened yesterday I made a schoolboy mistake yesterday, we are enjoying today and look forward to Poland. Combination of hards and softs? We are trying new things and gather information here for next year. ”

Car #8 / C. Breen / S. Martin (Citroen C3 WRC): “It is incredibly tough, I touched something in a bush, I could not see anything over a crest and I changed my line and touched something with my rear. I think we are OK. It is a completely new stage for us.”

Car #3 / E. Evans / D. Barritt (Ford Fiesta WRC): “It was tricky and the throttle was sticking on at the start, the pedal is getting jammed somewhere. Hope we can get it fixed”

Car #21 M. Prokop / J. Tomanek (Ford Fiesta Rs WRC): “In the stage before we lost the rear diff, so we have just 2WD. This is not our rally, we are battling with the troubles. We try to go to the finish, but that is it. Nice memories when we were world champions on the 2WD, but this car is not good with 2WD”

Car #20 Y. Al Rajhi / M. Orr (Ford Fiesta Rs WRC): “We enjoy it a lot, I drove safely, that is the most important thing. We lead our car and don’t need mistakes, we enjoy it, finish two more stages and hope everything is OK then”

Car #22 J.M. Raoux / L. Magat (Citroen Ds3 WRC): “This morning is difficult again. It is like driving on the beach, marvellous for the place but very very difficult to drive on, we don’t have direction”

Car #34 J. Kopecky / P. Dresler (Skoda Fabia R5): “It would be nice to keep him [Camilli] behind, but he is pushing to the limit while I have to go to the finish and get the points. I think the stage is not good fun, it is for spectators”

Car #81 E. Camilli / B. Veillas (Ford Fiesta R5): It is going very well this morning, it is a very difficult beach stage. But we are going well this morning and we are happy”

Car #32 O.C. Veiby / S.R. Skjaermoen (Skoda Fabia R5): “The road is really beaten up already. It will be very rough in the second pass. Today is about cruising through. The uphill section and the hairpin will get quite rough”

Car #38 T. Katsuta / M. Salminen (Ford Fiesta R5): “This stage is very rough and has very deep ruts, the end of the stage is totally destroyed. Never driven a stage like this before”

Car #35 Y.Rossel / B. Fulcrand (Citroen Ds3 R5): “The stage was good, but I have a big problem with the transmission I don’t know. I want to finish the rally and I drove a bit slowly”

Car #99 S. Romagna / M. Bosi (Ford Fiesta WRC): “Good morning, the morning started off well. We run two good stages and we are enjoying it. We are looking forward to the next two, we have a good rhythm this morning”.”

Car #61 N. Solans Baldo / M. Ibanez Soto (Ford Fiesta R2): “It is crazy, with a front wheel drive car it is completely impossible to drive. Very slow and very dangerous for the car”.

Car #62 N. Ciamin / T. De La Haye (Ford Fiesta R2): “Especially 2-3kms before the finish line, in the sand it is very very difficult with all the stones. Maybe at the second pass we will not be able to climb the hill”

Car #83 G.Dettori / C.Pisano (Skoda Fabia R5): “We had a problem. The engine switched off and it did not switched on again. I do not know how much time I lost there. Finally, we resetted it and it restarted. We are here and it’s OK then”

Car #36 P.L.Loubet V. Landais ( Ford Fiesta R5): “The first stage was OK, we did not take risks. We want to finish the rally. We get experience, we try to do our best. I thought my time was better I do not know”.

Car #64 J.Tannerd / J.Heigl ( Ford Fiesta R2) : “Interesting stage, especially the last 2km. In the sand there so big ruts, and it is so difficult. But we are here”.

Car #63 T.Folb / C.Guieu (Ford Fiesta R2): “Very different this one, like Dakar. It is funny, today we need to go to the finish. We are enjoying it and that is nice”.

Car #65 D.Radstrom / J.Johansson (Ford Fiesta R2): “Amazing. You need to be focused. Maybe a little bit too cautious in there”.

Car #39 L.Pieniazek / P.Mazur (Peugeot 208 T16): “Ruts are so deep, a lot of dust in the car. Unfortunately today we have some problems with the power steering we are trying to get through and finish this rally”.

Car #66 R.Duggan / T.Woodburn (Ford Fiesta R2): “A bit of bad luck yesterday. That is rallying, happy with the pace on the gravel. We were fighting for the lead until we hit problems on Friday, on Saturday we broke the drive shaft. Then we put in a couple of good times again. Let’s try to get to the finish now”.
