Leaving behind grazing flocks and cork woods you will reach Bitti, nestled in a large hollow. Here the present co-exists with the past, evident in the old people’s traditional dress and the ancient rituals of the many festivals, in spite of obvious contrasts. The heart of the town is Piazza Asproni, named after a local politician of the last century.
