ACI Global was born in June 2001, from the merging of ALA Service s.p.a. and ACI 116, Road Assistance Service. It is an innovative, modern and dynamic society, leader in assistance service to people, vehicles, houses. ACI Global is a multi-service society, provided with a multi-product and multi-client Call Centre, specialized in the management of external network of suppliers, assistance services for ACI members, private persons and firms. Among its clients, car manufacturers, insurance companies, banks, tour operators and whoever needs assistance in everyday life, at home or during a journey.
In this years ACI Global has built a capillary net which includes high specialized technicians and modern equipments. For cars, motorbikes and industrial vehicles assistance, ACI Global members can rely on nearly 900 assistance centres, with 3.000 means at their disposal: break-down lorries, moving workshop, motorbike trolleys, haulage trucks, tractor-cranes and more. For sanitary assistance, ACI Global network can count on more than 1.000 among doctors and sanitary centres and on 500 organizations of attendance.
The Central Offices sited in Milan and Rome, operative 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, can guarantee a timely and effective intervention, thanks to more than 300 operators speaking foreigner languages; all around the world ACI Global can guarantee a valid support, unique for capillarity and efficiency, thanks to the partnership with ARC Transistance, the assistance society of the main European Car Clubs.
